To add a new MS Outlook email account first, click the "File" button.
In the window that opens, click the "+ Add Account" button.
When adding an account, under "Advanced options" you can choose whether you want to set up the account manually or automatically and press "Connect". You can change more settings manually.
NB! If the automatic setting fails, the manual one must be used.
Select "IMAP" as the application and you can configure IMAP settings. Below are the correct email settings from Wavecom. The service can only be used via secure TLS / SSL protocols that work on ports 993 IMAP and 995 POP. Also, the outgoing server uses only the secure TLS / SSL protocol and port 465 and authenticates using the incoming e-mail user IDs.
If the connection to the server fails, you should try to name the mail server the main name of our server, which is visible on the cpanel environment website. This could be web1.wavecom.ee, web2.wavecom.ee, etc.
For automatic setup, do not check the "Advanced options" box and press "Connect". Enter the password you used to create your email account. Press the "Sign in" button to move forward.
Choose how long back you want to download your emails. Click "Next" to move on.
E-mail settings are found automatically. Adding email address completed successfully. Close the window by clicking the "Done" button.
The new e-mail address has been added to Outlook, and you can start using it right away.
